Culinary Storage Associate - Full Time

This is a newly created position in the Food Service Department of Grand Western.

This role will be focused on providing the Culinary Department with the necessary support for organizing and maintaining all primary food storage areas. Daily placement of kitchen orders are to be rotated into their appropriate areas utilizing personal organization skills. This employee must have the ability to make adjustments to storage that will benefit all kitchen staff. The Culinary Receiver will report to the Executive Chef and any other management from the culinary operation that leads in the chef’s absence. He or she will still work with the other member(s) of the receiving department and may need to provide assistance daily to the receiving department.
